CANCELLATION POLICY

Elevate Salon & Co Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-Call / No-Show Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us, you will be considered a no-call/no-show. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). After a no-call/no-show, the balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. A deposit or card on file may also be required for future appointments. Late Arrivals Please contact us if you are running late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment to avoid affecting the clients scheduled after you. If we are unable to perform the service due to a late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation. Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances We understand that true emergencies and unexpected situations happen. These circumstances will be handled at our discretion. Our stylists and service providers depend on scheduled appointments for their income. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that are often impossible to refill.
